Adam & Mike Dodd
I am a software engineer at Google in Kirkland. My family and I stayed at a Ronald McDonald House when Adam needed emergency heart surgery as a newborn. RMHC was truly a home away from home for me, my wife Meredith, and Adam's then-three-year-old brother.
After Adam recovered, we got to go home - with the doctor's admonition to watch out for if Adam ever seemed really low energy or slow. Ten years later, I am amazed that Adam stopped moving long enough to have these pictures taken! On the rare occasion that Adam is not in motion, he is pausing just long enough to change into a costume - or a kilt - or play a game with his brothers Nathan and Eric.
